Under Contract Within 14 Days

I’ve done business with 7 realtors over the past 15 years and Gunilla was by far the best! I told her in the beginning that I am very big on communication, especially since this was a long distance sale for me due to living in another state.  She communicated almost daily and was over at the home constantly.  This was a vacant home and she put her own time, labor and cost into staging and doing minor clean up (I’ve never had a realtor do that).  She brought in a professional photographer and created a video from those photos.  She knew exactly what needed to be done to get my home sold. All those efforts resulted in a contract within 2 weeks at my price and then into escrow and we just closed.  I’ve sold several homes in the past and never had one under contract within 14 days.  I’ll be recommending her services to anyone in Jacksonville that needs to sell a house.  Thanks Gunilla and it was great getting to know you.
